Getting Personal About Getting Personal

For awhile now I have been wanting to shift the content of this blog. Blogging and business are two of my passions but I wan't you to know the person behind this laptop as well. My thing is...i'm not 100% sure how to do that.Yes, you know I have an online shop and why I re-branded from my old shop and that I quit my job to pursue it full-time. But that all just boils back down to business. And that's not all Alisha is about.

But I honestly have no clue how to show more of me in this space. Lets face it, at this point in my life , this blog and Early August consumes the majority of it. As sad as that may sound, I'm really doing something that I absolutely LOVE and I'm a firm believer in working hard now to be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor later. I mean of course I hang out with friends and spend the weekends with the boy but I'm sure ya'll don't wan't to hear about our drunken girls night or what new series me and the boo found on Netflix.

I don't share details about my relationship because that is one portion of my life that i would like to keep private. And its not like I have a kid to gush about every other day or take extravagant vacations every other week.

I guess you could say that I am torn. But if it were easy, at least 70% of this blog would be personal posts. You wouldn't believe how much I admire the bloggers who can write freely about their lives and feelings. Good news is though, I'll be moving to a new city pretty soon and I'm VERY anxious to talk about that new chapter of my life. But I would love your insight, how do you decide what aspects of your life to share? And whats TOO personal to blog about?
